Common Rule 11:18 In any pool play, winner will be determined by:

1 Best Record
2 Head to Head Competition
3 Runs Allowed
4 Runs Differential (+/- up to maximum or 7 runs per game)
5 Runs Scored
6 Coin Toss

Tie Breakers for pool play will be used for seeding in single elimination brackets.
